Meaningful change begins with understanding—of yourself, those close to you, or the world around you. You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck in old patterns, or facing challenges that feel too big to manage alone. In therapy, we’ll work together to build a shared understanding of your experiences, perspectives, and goals, and use that foundation to support growth and change.
It takes courage to share your innermost thoughts, struggles, and desires. My goal as a therapist is to offer a safe, supportive space where you feel truly seen and heard. I bring genuine care, empathy, and curiosity to every client relationship. I also recognize that lasting change requires not only insight, but persistence—and I consider it a true privilege to walk alongside clients in that process.
I am currently a PhD Candidate at Western University, where I also completed my master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. I hold a bachelor’s degree in behavioural neuroscience from the University of British Columbia. My research focuses on couples’ communication and how individuals can support partners facing mental health challenges—insights I bring to my work with both individuals and couples.
My approach to therapy is highly collaborative and tailored, drawing from several theoretical orientations to meet each person’s unique needs. I have experience providing CBT, DBT, and other treatments to clients with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, trauma, emotion regulation difficulties, and relationship issues. In addition to working in private practice, I have also provided therapy for patients recovering from brain and spinal cord injuries at St. Joseph’s Health Care London.
